As we cosy up for winter, we’re reflecting on some superb seaside shots, an amazing launch of our new menu and great fun had by all who visited Bracklesham Bay.
Beauty on our doorstep
At Billy’s On The Beach, we’re lucky enough to be placed smack-bang on the West Sussex coastline with views across to the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and beyond. Our amazing visitors and restaurant guests share hundreds of photos of beach days enjoying the scenery, the food, the atmosphere at our popular beachside destination so we thought we’d round up a few of our favourite shots.
A tidal beach, Bracklesham Bay is right next door to East Wittering and is a water-sports haven almost all-year around. It’s also magnificent on still summer’s days when the water is like glass.
A summer filled with treats from our new Head Chef
At Billy’s we’ve always taken huge amounts of pride in using the freshest local ingredients to create beautiful, simple and incredibly tasty dishes. And our new Head Chef, Caroline’s Summer Menu went down a storm with our guests. With a fixed menu and a daily specials board packed with the catch of the day, summery salads and home baked puddings, our guests were treated to a great variety of dishes day in, day out. Here are a few snaps of some of the most popular dishes this summer, from Moules Frites to our Seafood Platter, a vegan’s delight salad to our seafood linguini (in addition to our world famous Fish & Chips of course!)
Switching into Winter mode
As the sun sets get a little (ok, a lot) earlier, and the clocks have changed for the Winter season, our team is busy working on a warming, cosy winter menu in front of our log burning fire (our restaurant is pet friendly so pooches can cosy up too!). We’re also hosting more themed nights, quizzes and Locals Night fiestas this winter, so make sure you check out our “Whats On” page for all the latest goings on at Billy’s On The Beach.
